Cisco Cloud Observability enables you to observe Service Instance entity data in greater detail. A Service Instance represents an instantiation of a Service, performing the task and consuming resources. A Service can comprise any number of Service Instances.

Click the Service Instances entity from Observe to view the Service Instances sortable list.

The Relationships map displays the health status of entities. See Understand the Observe UI

The number in parentheses beside Service Instances indicates the total number of active instances. Active instances are sending or receiving messages.

To sort a list in ascending or descending order, click a column heading. 

To customize the headings you want displayed:

  1. Click.
  2. Type in the search bar or select the column names that you want displayed.
  3. Once you have your custom columns selected, click Apply.
