You can view the application logs by integrating AppDynamics SaaS with Cisco Cloud Observability. This integration allows you to view you application log details on the Cisco Cloud Observability user interface. The log details allow you to troubleshoot the application issues faster.

Before You Begin

Ensure the following requirements are met before you can view the logs for your application:

Permissions to View the Logs Data

In AppDynamics SaaS, you have granular permissions within the application. In Cisco Cloud Observability, you get an account level access to view the logs that are in the context of the application. However, when you remove the filters in Cisco Cloud Observability related to the context, you can view all the available logs .

Troubleshoot Issues with Log Explorer

You can troubleshoot the issue by using the information displayed in the log explorer. For more information log explorer, see Troubleshoot with Logs and Explore Logs.
