This page describes how to uninstall Kubernetes and App Service Monitoring for users who have added the Cisco Cloud Observability Operator and Collector add-ons to their Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) cluster.

  1. Log into the AWS Management Console. Open the Elastic Kubernetes Service console.
  2. On the Clusters page, click the cluster that you want to uninstall Kubernetes and App Service Monitoring from.
  3. Click Add-ons
  4. Check the Cisco Cloud Observability Collectors box, then click Remove
    Copy the add-on name from the pop-up and and paste it in the field. Click Remove

    You must remove the Cisco Cloud Observability Collectors add-on before you remove the Cisco Cloud Observability Operators add-on.

  5. Check the Cisco Cloud Observability Operators box, then click Remove
    Copy the add-on name from the pop-up and and paste it in the field. Click Remove
