  1. Determine and create the correct type of RFC connection based on your Web Dispatcher version and installation scenario.
  2. Add the Web Dispatcher instance into monitoring scope using CrystalBridge® Monitoring cockpit.
  3. Start the new collector job.

ABAP Agent versions <23.11.0

Web Dispatcher monitoring not possible due to changes introduced to authentication for Web Dispatcher >=781. See SAP note 3277881 for more details about this limitation.

ABAP Agent versions 23.11.0 and 24.2.0

Web Dispatcher monitoring possible with limitations. Web Dispatcher can only be monitored when running on same application server as SAP instance - local scenario. See SAP Web Dispatcher.

ABAP Agent versions >=24.5.0
