BW Process Chains

Purpose

This dashboard monitors the performance and health of executed process chains. It allows to analyse the Process chain errors.

NOTE: This dashboard requires Analytics license. Statistics for executed Process chains is replicated into analytics schema bw_process_chain_details.

Example

Finished Process Chains

Total number of successfully finished Process chains for selected time period.

Running Process Chains

Total number of currently running Process chains for selected time period.

Failed Process Chains

Total number of failed Process chains for selected time period.

Long-running Process Chains

Total number of currently running Process chains which runtime exceeded the maximum time-limit for its execution.

Maximum Process Chain Runtime

Maximum Process chain runtime for selected time period.

Erroneous Process Chain Steps

Show the list of events for Process chain steps which failed or running too long. Process chain might have more than one erroneous step or none (in a case all steps successfully finished, but the whole Process chain failed).

Double-click on a custom event to get more details about the executed Process chain.

Finished Process Chains by Average Runtime

Displays the average runtime of successfully finished Process chains according to their number of executions for selected time period.
