Cisco Cloud Observabilitydisplays Azure entities on theObservepage. Metrics are displayed for specific entity instances in thelist and detail views.

Detail View
To display the detail view for an Azure disk instance:
Navigate to the Observe page.
Under Database & Storage, click a Storage group. The list view now displays.
Click the Azure tab to display only Azure storage entities.
Click a Disk ID to display the detail view. The detail view displays metrics, key performance indicators, and properties (attributes) related to the instance you selected.
Metrics and Key Performance Indicators
Cisco Cloud Observability displays the following metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for Azure Disk Storage. See Supported metrics with Azure monitor.

The bytes per second read from the disk.

The bytes per second written to the disk.

The number of write IOs performed on the disk.
Properties (Attributes)
Cisco Cloud Observability displays the following properties for Azure Disk Storage.

Account ID
cloud.account.id
The cloud account ID where the resource is assigned.
Location
cloud.region
The geographical region where the resource is running.
Zones
cloud.availability_zone
The logical zone list for the disk.
Created time
cloud.disk.created_at
The time that the disk was created.
Disk ID
cloud.disk.id
The GUID of the disk.
Name
azure.disk.name
The name of the disk.
Network Access Policy
azure.disk.network_access_policy
The network access policy of the disk.
Max Shares
azure.disk.max_shares
The maximum number of VMs that can attach to the disk at the same time. A value > 1 indicates a disk that can be mounted on multiple VMs at the same time.
Size (bytes)
cloud.disk.size
The size of the disk in bytes.
SKU Name
azure.disk.sku.name
The SKU name of the disk.
SKU tier
azure.disk.sku.tier
The SKU tier of the disk.
State
cloud.disk.state
The state of the disk, such as unattached, attached, reserved, etc.
Tier
azure.disk.tier
The performance tier of the disk, such as P4 or S10. See Managed Disks pricing. Performance tier does not apply to Ultra disks.
Type
cloud.disk.type
The type of the disk.
Hosts
host.ids
The IDs of the VMs that have the disk attached.
Retention and Purge Time-To-Live (TTL)
For all cloud and infrastructure entities, the retention TTL is 180 minutes (3 hours) and the purge TTL is 525,600 minutes (365 days).
