Scenario: The collector is not showing any data for the database after restarting the AppDynamics for Databases server.
Resolution: Ensure the collector service is running. Check the services in Windows -> Control Panel -> Services. For Linux check the processes list (cmdshell: ps). Ensure the collector service is running. It's name will resemble DBTuna Agent - "CollectorName", where CollectorName is the name you assigned to the collector during setup.
