ASM-265: Handling of invalid exit call correlation header (notxdetect=true) is extended and improved:
Attempted correlation with upstream agents via invalid correlation header is now correctly ignored.
Attempted correlation with downstream agents via invalid correlation is recorded into application log. The error message long text was updated to help with troubleshooting.

ASM-272: Missing buttons in metrics collector setting for adding and removing setting records are available again.
