titleSpecial Procedure for 32-bit Controllers on Linux

Due to an issue with the 32-bit linux controller, it is necessary to replace the phantomjs PhantomJS binary to enable the sending of scheduled reports.

To do this, run the following commands on the Controller machine as a user with read/, write /and execute permissions in the controller installation directory runs the following commands on the controller's machine. Replace <controller-dir> with the installation directory of your controller.

Controller home directory:

No Format
wget https://phantomjs.googlecode.com/files/phantomjs-1.9.2-linux-i686.tar.bz2

tar -xvf phantomjs-1.9.2-linux-i686.tar.bz2

cp phantomjs-1.9.2-linux-i686/bin/phantomjs <controller

Replace <controller_home> with the installation directory of your controller.

It is not necessary to shut down the controller Controller or reporting service; the report service . The report service will work properly as soon as the phantomjs PhantomJS is replaced. But if the controller is upgraded to a later 4.1.x patch release, it will be necessary to run the commands again

For additional troubleshooting, see information on Reporting Service system requirements in Controller System Requirements.

On-Demand Reports

On-demand reports are not distributed automatically. It is the responsibility of the creator to send or post the report to make it available to its intended recipients.
