Create a batch file containing the following line:

Select the batch file to execute. This is the file created in step 2.
- Create a new task.
Select When my computer starts. When setting the agent to automatically start up using Task Scheduler when the machine starts or restarts, ensure the agent runs with the highest privileges available.
Enter the administrator's credentials to run the Database Agent as that user.
Click Finish.
