Note on Oracle Java SE
Oracle Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) version 1.8 is included in AppDynamics products and modules and AppDynamics distributes this component to users of AppDynamics' products and modules under an ISV distribution agreement with Oracle. AppDynamics customers may use the JRE version 1.8 component with AppDynamics' products and modules, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement covering the use of such products and modules; no separate license from Oracle will be required for such use. AppDynamics will update the JRE version 1.8 component included with its products and modules in accordance with AppDynamics' standard maintenance and support and vulnerability management practices and commitments.
Although Oracle has ended its free support for JRE version 1.8, it does not affect the commercial version distributed by AppDynamics, which will be supported in accordance with Oracle's official support program for the JRE version 1.8.
