The Top 10 often represents 80%+ of the activity, but in your case it looks like it’s only about 20% i.e. they have lots of unique SQL queries sharing the resource consumption. You could reduce the amount of “Other SQL” by increasing N i.e. display Top 20 etc, for example display the top 20 SQL queries.
