What is being EOL?

We are deprecating Ruby agent offering and support.

When will it be EOL?

Support for Ruby Agent will be deprecated on October 19, 2022.

What workarounds do I have?

Please switch to OpenTelemetry Ruby. You can use either AppDynamics for OpenTelemetry or Cloud Native Application Observability to ingest your Ruby OpenTelemetry traces to our backend.
