End of Life Notice: Education and Consulting Services SKUs

What is Being EOL?

The following AppDynamics services or training packages will no longer be available for purchase as of March 17, 2023 (collectively, “Discontinued SKUs”):

• Expert Service Subscription 
• Datavard Insights Professional Services for One Landscape
• Training Units
• Standard Education Package - 12 User
• Premium Education Package - 24 User
• Premium Education Package - 36 User
• Premium Education Package - 48 User
• Standard Education - 12-User Package
• Premium Education - 24-User Package
• Premium Education - 36-User Package
• Partner Enablement Package - 1 Consultant

Who is Impacted?

All customers who are currently using the following AppDynamics education services or training packages are impacted:

• Expert Service Subscription
• Datavard Insights Professional Services for One Landscape
• Training Units
• Standard Education Package 
• Premium Education Package
• Partner Enablement Package

Can I Continue to Purchase These Discontinued SKUs?

Existing customers with an active subscription or new customers with an in-flight quote at the time of this notice (both “Existing Customers”) may continue to purchase the Discontinued SKUs listed above until Sept 17, 2023.

We recommend, however, that customers move to the newer subscription SKUs to avoid the operational effort of managing the old subscription. 

Can I Continue to Use and Get Support for My Existing Education and Consulting Services SKUs?

Yes, AppDynamics will continue to provide support for Existing Customers who have an active subscription license in line with their applicable agreement and ordering documentation.

Can I Upgrade My Education and Consulting Services SKUs to the Newer Subscription SKUs?

Yes, at the time of renewal, use the newer replacement service offering listed below.
