What is Being EOL?

Effective September 21, 2023, the AppDynamics Cloud SKU will no longer be available for purchase (“Discontinued SKU”) through Cisco AppDynamics. The price list will no longer have this SKU listed.

Who is Impacted?

All customers who are currently using the AppDynamics Cloud SKU.

Can I Continue to Use AppDynamics Cloud? 

You can continue to use AppDynamics Cloud* for the term of your existing contract as along as you have sufficient tokens. At the end of the applicable contract term or once customers deplete their Token Allotment (as defined in Licensing for Cloud Native Application Observability), whichever occurs earlier, customers would need to transition to Cisco Observability Platform and Cisco Cloud Observability from Cisco. Our Sales and Product team will support the customer in this transition.

Can I Continue to Get Support for the AppDynamics Cloud SKU?

You will continue to receive support for AppDynamics Cloud in accordance with your applicable End User License Agreement.

Can I Upgrade the AppDynamics Cloud SKU to the Cisco Cloud Observability SKU?

Am I Still Entitled to the AppDynamics Cloud as Part of Past Purchases?

Yes. There is no change in entitlements of functionality for your current contract term.
