The Cisco Observability Platform Exchange allows end-users of the Cisco Observability Platform to discover, request, or subscribe to modules and applications. The exchange also enables developers to list and market their solutions to Cisco Observability Platform customers. To use the Cisco Observability Platform Exchange, you must first navigate to the online venue from Cisco Cloud Observability:
From the top right navigation, click Cisco Observability Platform Exchange.
To find new modules, click Observability Platform Exchange. Browse through the list of applications and modules that are available for subscription.
To subscribe to modules:
- Click Subscribe.
- Click Confirm to subscribe to the module or Cancel to navigate back to the list of applications and modules.
If the Tenant is already subscribed to the module, Unsubscribe is displayed.
To request modules, click Request. Requesting a module means that you want to purchase an additional module on the platform. When you click Request, a modal window populates with information to contact your admin or Cisco Observability Platformsupport to request a subscription to the module.
Admins can subscribe and unsubscribe modules, however; end-users can only request modules. If you are an end-user, contact your admin for additional subscription assistance.
Click Learn More to get more information on each module. Depending on the subscription status of the module, from the top right of the Learn More page, you can subscribe, request, or unsubscribe from the module.
To unsubscribe from modules:
- Click Unsubscribe.
- Click Unsubscribe to unsubscribe from the module or Cancel to navigate back to the list of applications and modules.
You are not subscribed to the module if Unsubscribe is not displayed.
A service listing represents a specific application or module’s capability to observe a technology. These listings showcase many of the services that Cisco Observability Platform applications and modules currently support. For example, if an application or module (Cisco Cloud Observability) has the ability to observe AWS Lambda, we are capable of listing AWS Lambda as a service on the Exchange and redirect users from the AWS Lambda page to the Cisco Cloud Observability Exchange page.
To navigate to the Services page, click the Services tab.
