RFC Monitoring

Purpose

This dashboard shows statistics for RFC calls.

Example

aRFC work process utilization

Shows aRFC resource utilization per each application server and baseline calculated out of average values.

tRFC statistics

Shows the number of transaction RFC entries waiting in inbound or outbound queue.

Number of entries in RFC queues

Shows summed counts of entries in all inbound and outbound RFC queues.

RFC runtime errors

List of ABAP dumps related to RFC calls.

RFC destinations test - failures

List of unreachable RFC destinations. The destinations to be checked can be specified in Collector Settings.

Inbound qRFC queues

Shows the number of healthy inbound queues and number of inbound queues in the error state.

Outbound qRFC queues

Shows the number of healthy outbound queues and the number of outbound queues in the error state.

qRFC errors

List of errors that occurred in RFC queues. The custom error events of type /DVD/MON_S_QUEUE_ERROR contain more details about the error. The value of RFC Parameters corresponds to function module parameters used for the failed call.

RFC Cross-system Locks

Shows number of all locks and number of long-running locks (locks running longer than 5 minutes)
