To send an HTTP request action to PagerDuty, you must create a template in Splunk AppDynamics On-Premises. When Splunk AppDynamics On-Premises triggers an action in response to an event, you can view the details of the action in your PagerDuty.

Before you Begin
Integrate Splunk AppDynamics On-Premises with PagerDuty. SeePagerDuty.
Copy the integration key and keep it securely for later use.Splunk AppDynamics On-Premisesuses this key to send alerts to PagerDuty.
Create a Template
In the menu bar, clickAlert & Respond.
Click HTTP Request Templates.
Enter a name for the template. For example,Send alerts to PagerDuty.
In theCustom Templates Variablessection, click+ Add Variablesand add the following:
