Cisco AppDynamics for Azure App Service

To install and deploy Cisco AppDynamics for Azure App Service:

• For Ops teams: Install the Cisco AppDynamics Azure Site Extension for .NET or Java:

Upgrade the Cisco AppDynamics for Windows Azure NuGet Package
