Search the Documentation

You can search for information from: 

• The Search field on the right side of the top menu bar enables you to search within the current version of a documentation set.
• The Search field in the center of the documentation portal (docs.appdynamics.com) enables you to search through all of our documentation.

You can search across AppDynamics information resources, including the Community, Knowledge Base, Support, and more in the AppDynamics Support Center.  Help

For Technical Support, click the Help tab while logged in with your AppDynamics account in the AppDynamics Support Center. 

When requesting support, attach relevant logs for your issue(s):

• For log files from the Controller, see Platform Log Files.
• For the heap, histogram, and thread dumps, see Controller Dump Files.
