Sessions begin when a user starts using your application and ends after a configurable period of user inactivity. Increasing the period of user inactivity enables sessions to capture more user events, but this could impact the session limits of your account. See Mobile Sessions.
Access Session Monitoring
Open the mobile application in which you are interested.
From the left-hand navigation menu, select Configuration.
ClickMobile App Group Configuration >.
Select the Settings tab.
Find the Configure Session Monitoring section.
Set Inactivity Timeout
From Configure Session Monitoring:
Set the number of minutes for the Session Inactivity Timeout field.
